Requires repo, read:user. Pages by number: page with per_page.

Path parameters

Field	Type	Description
`owner` *	`string`	The account owner of the repository. The name is not case sensitive.
`repo` *	`string`	The name of the repository without the `.git` extension. The name is not case sensitive.
`issueNumber` *	`integer`	The number that identifies the issue.

`perPage`	`integer`	The number of results per page (max 100). Defaults to 30. ≥ 1; ≤ 100; defaults to `30`
`page`	`integer`	The page number of the results to fetch. Defaults to 1. ≥ 1; defaults to `1`
`exclude`	`string`	A comma-separated list of timeline event names to exclude from the response, such as `cross-referenced,mentioned`.
