Path parameters

Field	Type	Description
`owner` *	`string`	The account owner of the repository. The name is not case sensitive.
`repo` *	`string`	The name of the repository without the `.git` extension. The name is not case sensitive.
`issueNumber` *	`integer`	The number that identifies the issue.
