Path parameters

Field	Type	Description
`owner` *	`string`	The account owner of the repository. The name is not case sensitive.
`repo` *	`string`	The name of the repository without the `.git` extension. The name is not case sensitive.
`runId` *	`integer`	The ID of the workflow run.

`excludePullRequests`	`boolean`	If `true` pull requests are omitted from the response (empty array). They are the bulkiest part of a run and rarely the reason for reading one. GitHub includes them when this is absent.
