Requires reactions:read. With slack.USER, requires reactions:read.

Query parameters

Field	Type	Description
`channel` *	`string`	Channel where the message was posted.
`timestamp` *	`string`	Timestamp of the message to read reactions from.
`full`	`boolean`	Return the complete reaction list rather than Slack’s abbreviated one.
