# actions_get_workflow_run

> Get one workflow run: its status, conclusion, branch, commit and attempt number. Start here when a run id is known; `actions_list_jobs_for_run` is the next step when the conclusion is a failure.

<div className="tool-route"><span className="tool-row-method" data-method="GET">GET</span><code>{"https://api.github.com/repos/{owner}/{repo}/actions/runs/{runId}"}</code></div>

```python github_actions_get_workflow_run.py theme={null}
from charter.packs import github
result = await github.actions_get_workflow_run.ainvoke({"owner": ..., "repo": ..., "runId": ...})
```

<Note>
  Requires `repo`, `read:user`.
